We have 3 bedrooms in the Main house and 8 bedrooms are 10 metres to the side of the Main House – our ‘garden bedrooms’.

All bedrooms in the Main House also benefit from mountain & garden views and are on the 1st floor – gentle stairs (no lift – we are a listed Georgian House). All have roll top bath & separate power shower.
All bedrooms prices include breakfast.

All of our 8 garden ‘Queen Standard’ & ‘King Deluxe’ bedrooms also benefit from mountain views – no road or car park in sight!
All are decorated in the same manner as the Main House with family antiques and heirlooms.
All* have roll top bath & separate power shower en-suite
– *except for one of the ground floor bedrooms which has an easy accessible ‘wet room’ power shower – please ask if you require this room (or you can book direct through ‘Book now’). Heating & hot water for all bedrooms & throughout the house are provided by an 2 x air source heat pumps which have used, since we first installed them, 100% renewable electricity.
We also have 2 x type 2 car chargers.
We are a tree length from Medieval Carlingford, surrounded by 8 ft castellated walls with 3 acres of mature gardens and 8 acres of horse fields.
We are 45 seconds walk to Carlingford, yet private & quiet away from the central hub of Carlingford’s Medieval streets.
