360 photography, what is it?

Imagine standing inside a glass bubble, you can look in every direction through the glass. Now lets freeze what’s outside the bubble.

You’ve just created an imaginary 360 photo! A moment frozen in time from a stationary perspective.

Using specialist equipment, we create images which are wrapped around virtual bubbles. These images can then be viewed online, putting you in the centre of a moment frozen in time.

Google Street View™

Photos listed on Google Maps appear in your business listing and in search results. They can be linked together into a tour or displayed individually.

Individual Images

Individual 360 images can be displayed on your website or sent to customers with a link. They are higher quality than those on Google Maps.

Virtual Tours

Virtual tours take the quality of individual images and include the functionality of Google Street View, letting customers discover what’s important to them.

About us

Hi, we’re Sarah and Ashley and we run Rapid360.

We’ve always had a love of photography. We decided to start this business when we saw an opportunity to focus on the emerging market of 360 imagery.

We want to be the best in this field and we’re keen to push the limits of what this technology can deliver. At the end of 2021 we receive the Digital Innovation Award at the North East Business Excellence awards. This recognised what we have already achieved so far, particularly in our community work.

Ashley also runs a consultancy business (Nexus) which specialises in business process improvement. Our ambition is to grow Rapid360 so that Sarah can leave her 9-5 and focus on the creative work she loves.
